Wind Sign II has heavy duty springs that connect the frame to the base allowing the sign to resist strong winds (up to 60mph - base filled with 115 lbs. of dry sand), and return the sign to its upright position. Convenient " Quick Change " feature enables the sign blanks to be changed in seconds with no hardware, and allows two-sided panels for additional advertising. Factory installed wheels in the base allow easy mobility. 36" H by 24" W or larger is available.
